With the rise of IoT, AI, and virtualization on the factory floor, IT and OT systems are increasingly interconnected, presenting unique cybersecurity challenges. Over several hands-on sessions, participants will gain a strong foundation in OT principles, tackle real-world cybersecurity scenarios, and design secure IT-OT environments.&nbsp;<p><em>Workshop Highlights:</em></p><ul>    <li><strong>Foundations of Operational Technology:</strong> Explore core OT concepts including IoT, AI, and virtualization.</li>    <li><strong>Practical Virtualization Exercises:</strong> Hands-on tools to model industrial processes.</li>    <li><strong>Cybersecurity Risks in IT-OT Integration:</strong> Identify threats and defense strategies in digitalized OT environments.</li>    <li><strong>Real-World Scenario Simulations:</strong> Engage in exercises addressing compliance, data communication, and vulnerability management.</li>    <li><strong>Comprehensive IT-OT Case Study:</strong> Design a secure, integrated environment with applied solutions for cybersecurity challenges.</li></ul><p data-darkreader-inline-bgcolor="">Workshop participants are expected to actively engage in the workshop by participating in the hands-on activities and interactive discussions.</p><div><p>To be eligible for future funding from NCyTE, you must also complete the follow-up survey which you will receive in approximately 6 months following this training.</p><p data-darkreader-inline-bgcolor=""><strong>Facilitators:</strong></p><ul>    <li>John Sands - Moraine Valley Community College</li>    <li>Mike Qaissaunee - Brookdale Community College</li>    <li>Kristine Christensen - Moraine Valley Community College</li></ul></div>
