DESCRIPTION:<h2 style="text-align: center;">University of Colorado Springs Colorado</h2><h3 style="text-align: center;">&amp; Tennessee Technical University</h3><p style="text-align: center;">Summer&nbsp;Cybersecurity Faculty Development</p><p style="text-align: center;">Cloud Security</p><p style="text-align: center;"> Session 1: June 5 - June 30&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Session 2: July 10 - Aug 4</p><p style="text-align: left;">This workshop will discuss the fundamentals of secure cloud computing, architecture and explore the guiding security design and development principles, se- patterns, industry standards, and technologies to design, implement, deliver and manage secure cloud-based services.</p><p style="text-align: left;">The topics will include but are not limited to cloud computing fundamentals, architectures and security challenges, infrastructure and data security, malware analysis, IoT security and cloud monitoring tools.</p><p style="text-align: left;">In addition to having access to the course material, lectures slides, labs and assignments, the participants will gain extensive hands-on experience in state-of-the-art cloud providers primarily Amazon Web Service (AWS) and Tennessee Tech CyberRange platform.</p><p style="text-align: left;">This self-paced workshop with a blend of asynchronous lectures and synchro-nous hands-on sessions will also help gain experience and develop perspective listening to practitioners from academia and industry.</p><p style="text-align: left;">The workshop participants will receive 4 continuing education units (CEUs) and a certificate, after completing the workshop.</p><p style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://tntech.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_7ZEhdWAHVmoioF8" target="_blank"><strong>REGISTER</strong></a></p>
